If the heir dies after the deceased's death or there are other changes, the order should give details of the names of the heirs, and their shares, at the time it makes the order.
What is the legal position where an executor has been appointed for the estate?
The appointment of the executor will be mentioned in the order.
What happens where there is no agreement amongst the heirs about the identity of the executor of the estate ?
An Inheritance Order will still be granted, after an executor is appointed in the amended Order.
