Foreign Law Refers to Other Law

What happens when foreign law applies to an estate and that law makes reference to other law?

According to Israeli law, where this is so, there is no need for referral and the internal law of the first foreign country will be that which prevails. In other words, an Israeli court will not recognize the referral and the internal law of the foreign country will be that which applies. 

What happens when foreign law applies to an inheritance case but that law refers to Israeli law?

When the foreign law refers to Israeli law , then Israeli law shall apply to the inheritance case.  

What happens when an Israeli court is dealing with an inheritance case where foreign law applies, and refers back to Israeli law, but the problem of the validity of the deceased's marriage applies ?

Referral can be made to foreign law to determine an issue such as the validity of the deceased's marriage, which is not the main one in the plea, but which must be known in order to know how to divide the estate.
