If it is valid according to one of the following:
Israeli law
the law of the country where it was made
the law of the place in which the testator ordinarily lives
the law of the place in which the testator has citizenship
the law of the place where the property is situated if the will contains real estate

The law of the place where the testator was domiciled when he died, as well as validity of the will in terms of form, as stated above , which also applies to the witnesses.
